All sponsor logos will be featured on primary event collateral (website, brochures and general content). Platinum sponsors will receive preferential treatment and the most prominent benefits with exclusive rights over some collateral.

We know everyone needs to make a living but we ask that no hard selling takes place at the event. As such, the organisers vet all sponsor speaking slots and panel discussion topics to ensure they benefit the whole community as well as the sponsors themselves. We believe attending the event, building relationships and understanding the space will lead to long-term commercial relationships. All sponsors will feature prominently at the event and can of course discuss their services in one-to-one engagements with interested parties.

Platinum and Gold sponsor logos receive preferential treatment on all logo-related benefits (top line, centred, or first; larger than others). This includes the opportunity to place your company logo on attendee badges and/or lanyards.

Sponsors can host workshops depending on their package and sponsorship options. As EODs is a “no selling” environment, we ask that sponsors who host workshops bring executive or founder-level speakers either directly or from their customers or clients. Topics for Platinum and Gold hosts will be agreed between the EODS organisers in advance.

One of our goals is to raise the next generation of data privacy advocates. We run an annual Privacy Boot Camp Scholarship Program at the University of Oxford for a shortlisted number of students, competition winners and selected parties. We bring together renowned academics and industry leaders to lead the sessions and foster a growing community in the PETs space.

EODS is a no-selling event. Sponsors can give brief overviews of their role and what they do but we ask they do not sell their services or products. We expect that your knowledge, engagement and networking at the event will drive commercial benefits for you and your organisations. 

Yes. However, topics will need to be agreed in advance with the EODS organisers and align with the goals of the EODS.

Yes. All speakers will be included in promotions and on the official website and social media channels. We will arrange promotions in the build-up to the event with sponsors.

Yes. We are open to discussing other sponsorship options with interested parties.

No. We want people to be engaged in the event and those who pay to attend get exclusive access to the information presented. We can provide video recordings of the selected talks after the event.
